Before you grab all these free things…🎁

I have a small problem with free resources. And paid ones too.

I find something useful. I sign up. I download it.

And then, a few weeks later… where did I put it? 😄

Which email did I use? Did I actually download it? Was there a replay? Where did I save the files? And, most importantly, what was I planning to do with it?

I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one.

So I made something to help with that — and I’ll give it to you at the end of this email. 🎁

First, though, there are a few good things happening this week that you might want to know about.

The bundle closes tomorrow!

A quick reminder that the Audience Growth Society bundle closes tomorrow, August 14.

There’s a lot in there from different contributors, so if you joined but haven’t finished browsing — or meant to take a look and forgot — you still have time.

👉 Browse the Audience Growth Society bundle before it closes

And then we have three free workshops coming up:

Tomorrow, August 14 — Build Your AI SYSTEM

A free workshop about turning the AI tools you’re already using into an actual business system rather than a collection of random prompts and experiments.

Replay included.

👉 Save your free spot

Saturday, August 15 — Cash Catcher

A free 90-minute workshop about something I think a lot of us could improve: what happens after someone downloads your freebie.

If your freebies are getting downloaded but not leading anywhere, this one is particularly worth a look.

Replay included.

Saturday, August 22 — Sticky Money Membership

This one is for membership owners (or anyone thinking about creating one) and focuses on that very important first week after somebody joins — making new members feel welcomed, guided and glad they signed up.

Replay included.

Okay. I’ve just given you a bundle and three workshops to keep track of.

Which brings me back to that problem at the beginning. 😄

🎁 Your free Resource Vault & Action Tracker

I made a Google Sheet for keeping all those freebies, paid products, bundles, workshops, courses, memberships, tools and other useful finds in one place.

You can keep track of the link, access details, dates, where something is stored, usage rights, what you plan to do with it, your next action, status and more.

Things you still need to deal with stay in Active. Once you’ve dealt with something, mark it processed and it moves into Processed automatically.

There’s also a dashboard that shows you what needs your attention next.

And to make it easier, the bundle and all three workshops from this email are already added for you.

It’s completely free, and the link below will create your own copy:

Enjoy!

P.S. The tracker won’t stop us collecting useful things. Let’s not ask it to perform miracles. 😄 It will, however, make sure we can actually find them again.

What’s new in MixStudio this October

October’s MixStudio drop began with one idea: helping people turn digital products into thoughtful gifts. And rather than simply tell you about the new calendar builder, I used it to make something for you. 🎃 The Haunted Business Reset is a free interactive calendar. Open one door each day for seven days and discover a short, slightly spooky challenge designed to help you look at your business differently. Coffee break?

Thursday is International Coffee Day, which seems like a good excuse to talk about something many of us find surprisingly difficult: taking a proper break when there’s still work to do. You make a coffee, sit down for a moment, and your brain immediately starts listing emails, unfinished tasks and things you might forget. Before long, you’re checking your phone or opening your laptop. The break has turned into work with a mug beside it. One small thing that can help is to decide what you’ll...

What if you don’t have to figure it all out?

Some projects are hard to start because they feel like ten projects hiding inside one. You want to build something, but then you start thinking about all the pieces involved. What tools do I need? What do I choose? How do I set it up? What am I forgetting? What if I choose the wrong thing? And before you have even started, the project already feels exhausting. When that happens, I think there is another question worth asking: What could make this easier before I begin? Sometimes the answer is...
