a practical fix for “I don’t know what to send”

If you send a weekly newsletter, you probably know this moment:

You sit down to write.
You open a blank screen.
You think, “What do I even say?”

The problem usually isn’t lack of ideas.
It’s lack of structure.

So here’s a practical method you can use immediately.

Before writing, open a blank note and answer only these four things:

  1. What did I work on this week?
  2. What felt difficult or messy?
  3. What did I adjust or test?
  4. What would help someone in my audience who is in that same stage?

Don’t polish.
Don’t organize.
Just dump it.

That messy note is your raw material.

The challenge most people face is turning that into a clear, readable email without overthinking it.

That’s exactly why I created the Free AI Weekly Newsletter Generator.

You paste your rough notes.
It turns them into a structured draft with a natural flow.

You can try it here:

It’s built using RightBlogger, which is currently offering 40% off here:

If you want more reusable assets like this — email frameworks, planning docs, small product ideas, operational tools — you can explore the full MixStudio library here:

And if you’re interested in building small, focused digital tools (instead of complex offers), this Free Workshop goes deeper into that approach:

But for now, keep it simple.

Next time you feel stuck on your newsletter, don’t aim for perfect.
Aim for messy → structured → sent.

Best,

The hidden cost of “almost done”

You don’t lose momentum because of big failures. You lose it because of too many things sitting at 80%. The half-written post. The offer you didn’t finalize. The idea you “just need to tweak later.” Each one quietly takes up space in your mind. It’s not just clutter. It’s cognitive load. *Always check the News and Promos below! Your brain keeps reopening those loops, asking: “Should I finish this now?” “Is this still relevant?” “Did I forget something?” And that’s what drains your energy. Not...

the "guilt-yes" trap

Even with the best structure, there is one thing that will always break your flow: The "Quick Request." You know the ones. The "Can you just...?" emails or the "Do you have 5 minutes for a call?" messages that arrive right when you finally found your focus. Most of us react in one of two ways: The Guilt-Yes: We say yes, lose our deep-work hour, and end the day feeling behind. The Stress-No: We ignore it, feel guilty, and eventually send a frantic, over-explaining apology. The problem isn't...
